Hearts & Minds Strategies is a boutique advisory firm specializing in public relations, public affairs and strategic consultancy. Our mission is to build long-lasting relations based on trust, effective communication and common goals. Michał Partyka – Founder /CEO
A graduate from five fields of studies related to political science (national security), strategic management and energy sector. Completed also E-MBA in the Polish Academy of Sciences /PAN/. A participant in numerous training courses and academies, including the Academy of Strategic Political Analysis organized by the Energy for Europe Foundation. As a expert, advised management boards of listed companies, associations and trade organizations, foundations and private funds from different strategic sectors. Participated in the development and implementation of effective actions in the scope of advocacy and public relations both on the domestic and international level, maintaining ongoing contacts with key politicians, opinion leaders, decision makers and representatives of media. In his career also held the position of an editor analyzing issues related to intelligence services in the world, the editor-in-chief of a trade portal related to the heating sector and a consultant in the field of strategic business consultant.
